Diagnosis, planning and execution of BIM in your organization: BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and standards development.
BIM implementation is not a standard roadmap or structure: each company has to be analyzed and diagnosed on its own. Still, three core tasks appear in every case.
Diagnosis: a starting point that shows the current state of the organization in technology, processes and people.
Planning: define what we want to achieve with BIM, choose the BIM uses that matter to us, draw the roadmap, foster BIM culture inside the company and adapt the applicable international standards.
Execution and evaluation: a pilot project that applies the whole structure built so far. Adjustments are almost certain, but the company will move steadily toward its BIM goals.
Residence in Santa Rosa de Cabal (Risaralda), at 1,700 m above sea level. The design draws on the traditional architecture of the coffee region: an L-shaped volume and roofs with eaves.
